Sandy Ogg
A graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy with an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg, Sandy served ten years as a Coast Guard officer before moving into corporate leadership. He was chief human resources officer at Unilever, then an operating partner at Blackstone, where he worked with nearly 100 portfolio companies on leadership and value creation. He founded the leadership advisory firm CEO.Works, and today chairs Nord Anglia Education and Prometric, sits on the board of IMG Academy, and advises EQT. CURVE Sports is his bet that the same operating discipline can raise the standard for players, families and the operators who serve them.
